*Media Review: Shawn Achor's talk on Happiness

In Shawn Anchor's TED Talk, "The Happy Secret to Better Work" he covers some pretty interesting ideas regarding the secret and power of happiness.  Your task:  Complete a media review.  There are three parts to this: 
1)  Write a summary of his talk
2)  Identify/explain how this media piece connects to our leadership course.  Why should we pay attention to it?  Or, similarly, why shouldn't we pay it any heed? 
3)  What did you connect to on a personal level?  How could this impact you going forward?  How would you like it to impact you?
