1. "The world needs to stop being boring. Yeah, you! Everybody can be boring, but your (better) than that." What is the kid trying to say? How can we make the world less boring?

1. Name a time you did spent money on someone just to be nice. And how did it make you feel?

2. In the video he talks about the experiment they did when they handed out money to people on the street and told them to spend it one someone else. How would you spend the money and why?

3. Do you agree with what he is saying that money does buy happiness you are just not spending it right?

4. If you were given $1000 dollars how would you spend it to make someone/ or a group of people's day happier?

We are all told leading successfully is one of the biggest impacts you can make to the world , but  forgetting to support the leaders around is forgotten. Why is creating a movement so underrated in our society? Why is being the first follower so difficult? What skill is most important to being the first believer? Have you ever been the first follower and when? Why is this form of movement so much easier to do when your a child?  :)

1.       Rocky describes the world as a very cruel and heartless place. Do you believe this? Do you believe that the world is generally bad or generally good? Explain yourself.

2.       Rocky says that cowards blame others on their failures. Do you believe that someone who blames others can be a leader or must they take the responsibility? Explain yourself.

3.       He states “if you know what your worth, then go get what your worth”. When he said that did you take it figuratively meaning that someone is only worth so much or did you take it metaphorically meaning that you are worth as much as you think you are? Why?

4.       For someone to be a leader must the person be able too “take the hits” as Rocky said? Why?

Questions:

As a leader why is asking for help important from time to time? What are some benefits and disadvantages that come with seeking out help from others?

Caroline was told to she was legally blind but she didn't allow that to stop her from living her life, why is self-motivation and belief in yourself a quality that one should posses?

Why is it important to understand no one is perfect? Why should a leader understand and recognize their own flaws? How can seeing this in yourself benefit you for the future? Is there a problem with admitting failure?

The eye specialist told Caroline "I think it's time to stop fighting and do something different", what might your something different be? What might you change about yourself or your life to better yourself or life?
