Leadership and teamwork's holistic simplicity is often forgotten. This short video gives a unique and inspiring description of the decisions we make every day in our lives and how we as individuals can impact the world we live in.

1. The child is trying to say that everyone is unique and has ideas for the world. The world can be less boring by using your ideas in order to better society and the world as a whole.
ReplyDelete2. Yes, we are working for the same goals. Although they may take different forms, such as one wishing for a career in business or one wishing to be an athlete, we are all working in order to achieve our long-held individual goals for ourselves.
3. I do not wish to share my personal life experiences with regards to this question. I apologize.
4. This can bring a diverse array of individuals of differing backgrounds and ideas that, working together, can help form new and innovative ideas that are profound. As well, it can promote social harmony, which will ensure cordial relations between all members of a team, therefore enhancing efficiency and productivity.
5. I don't think that I will need to. I believe that I am fully capable of achieving my goals with the existing resources that I possess, such as my friends who support me and educational resources that help me through my academic work. I found this video to be of the same nature as most motivational videos. I understand its general message. It is not new to me, whatsoever.
The kid is trying to say that everyone is capable of changing the world for the better, everyone is unique. We can make the world less boring by stepping forward and doing something no one else has ever done, because everyone has those capabilities.

I don't think I have had anyone in my family take the road less traveled or anyone that I know.
It would make the workplace a better, and more fun place to be in. You need tasks, you need to pay attention and get down to work, but you also need to have fun in your workplace or you won't be able to do the tasks assigned and pay attention.
I could just watch this video for motivation, keep my mind going and pump me up to be able to achieve my goals. This video is a great resource to use when you are at a loss of words, or are out of ideas, and you need a pump up.
1) I think that what the little boy is trying to say is that he thinks that the world could be less boring is everyone stopped trying to be like one another and tried to be themselves. I think that he wants people to prove that they're different, and special, and unique and that they all have brilliant ideas if they weren't so caught up in trying to be the exact same all the time.

4) Being positive in your workplace can make a significant impact on the productivity because people work better when they enjoy doing something. If you go out of your way to make things happier and more exciting then you will be rewarded with the kind of results you get.

ReplyDeleteThe kid is trying to say to that you can always do better and strive for more. We can make the world less boring by going out and helping others and being productive, instead of sitting at home doing nothing.

No major bussinesses are not working for the same goal at all. All of them have the same goal though and that is to be the best at their certain feild. which is just causing pointless compatition. We would be more successful if everyone was trying to achieve the same goal and that would be world peace. Not everyone is trying to make the world better. They are trying to make it better for themselfs.

The person in my life that took the road less traveled was my dad. He never did what anyone thought he should do. He did what he wanted to do traveled when he wanted and did what ever jobs he felt like doing.

The world needs new fresh ideas, and by being poistive and creative the world would be a better place and have new ideas.
5. Moving forward, how can you use what was said in the video to "create something awesome"?
You can have a positive outlook on life, and things would be more awesome in general. By being poistive you can make a better change and help out people with your positivity.
