Questions:
As a leader why is asking for help important from time to time? What are some benefits and disadvantages that come with seeking out help from others?
Caroline was told to she was legally blind but she didn't allow that to stop her from living her life, why is self-motivation and belief in yourself a quality that one should posses?
Why is it important to understand no one is perfect? Why should a leader understand and recognize their own flaws? How can seeing this in yourself benefit you for the future? Is there a problem with admitting failure?
The eye specialist told Caroline "I think it's time to stop fighting and do something different", what might your something different be? What might you change about yourself or your life to better yourself or life?

  1. 1: Asking for help from time to time is important because no matter how perfect you think you are, everybody needs help. Nobody can do everything on their own. It may be to some people, a sign of weakness to ask for help, but most of the time, you need it.
2: Thats a quality that everuyone should possess because if you stop living your life, you'll feel stuck, and you'll feel sad. And that isnt a way to live.
3: You have to understand that nobody is perfect because nobody is perfect. Everybody flaws, whether you see it or not, at some point , in some way, they have flawed, or failed and wish that they had done something better. Thats not always something you can see in someone else, or in yourself. The day you admit to these experiences, good or bad, youll be able to move forward, and become a better person.
